Return Window
Unused items may be returned within three (3) days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. If the product you received does not match its description, you may return it within the same period.
Conditions for Return
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories are included.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order details).
Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible returns may result in a replacement, store credit, or a refund in accordance with this policy. We'll keep you informed at every step.
Color & Description Variations
Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. For items available in multiple colors or patterns, the exact shade is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. If an item arrives not as described, you're welcome to return it under the conditions above.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned after the 3-day window.
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing packaging.
