Where We Deliver

We deliver across all regions of Lebanon. Wherever you are in the country, we'll get your order to your doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are confirmed. Once your order has been prepared, it is handed over to our delivery partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, a further attempt will be made.

Shipping Fees

A flat delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises. Any applicable promo code is applied to your order total at checkout.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation, and our team stays in touch to keep you updated. For a real-time status update, simply contact uson WhatsApp with your name or order details and we'll let you know exactly where your delivery is.
